Can't Sleep?
This used to be me! I'd get in bed at 3am and wouldn't fall asleep until 4am tossing and turning all night. I couldn't shut my mind off. My body was exhausted but my mind was wide awake! Nothing worked for years. I tried sleep hygiene, CBT-1, sleep restrictive therapy and other gimmicks. I'm happy to have cracked the code by restoring mitochondrial health.
